SWIM LESSONS: Toddler swimming

The goal of our aquatic program is to instruct and motivate children to learn skills that will allow them to participate in swimming and water fun throughout their lifetimes. We offer a variety of levels of both group and private sessions. Each session consists of 8 lessons.

Private lessons are available for all ages. Each lesson runs 30 minutes in length. These lessons are arranged through our Aquatics Coordinator. Times are flexible.

SWIM TEAM: Backstroke

The Parkway Dolphins have been swimming at Parkway Swim Club for the past 50 years. Our recreational swim team promotes fitness, good sportsmanship, and commitment to achieving goals. Ages range from 4-18 years of age. We are members of the Sacramento Swim League (SSL). Practice begins in April.
